  • Yes, all the products are made to order here at our factory in the UK.

  • Minimum order quantities vary by product. Please refer to the price list you have been sent which details this information.

  • Retail, Artists, Designers, Hospitality and Promotional.

  • Assistance with design/artwork and guidance on what products would suit your designs. We also have customer ready packaging options available.

  • We produce any size order from the MOQ to large production runs.

  • Yes, we include the carriage in our quotes. For worldwide shipments, we are happy to provide information and quotes for this service.

  • Yes, we are happy for you to visit the factory, and many find this beneficial to see how the products are produced.

  • We do have a large array of shapes and sizes, but should you require a bespoke shape or size, this will incur a tooling charge.

  • Yes, your artwork remains personal to you and is not shared with any third parties.

  • We accept payment by BACS only – no debit or credit cards.

  • Yes, all new products are sampled on receipt of an order. If samples only are required without an order, a charge is made for this, and details will be on your price list. Sometimes we produce a ‘saw cut’ sample for speed – this involves your print going through the process, but the products are not backed or profiled out.

  • Colours can look different on various types of media – we use heat in our process, and this can alter some colours. We can adjust colours to some degree if we have something to match to – this is dependant on how your artwork has been supplied to us.

  • This can be between 2 to 4 weeks; this is not a fixed lead time and can change throughout the year. If you have an event, please advise at the time of ordering.

  • This is detailed in our artwork guidelines – any large files to be sent via We Transfer or Dropbox.

  • We have an order form which needs to be completed in Excel and returned to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and accurate before submitting this to us.
