The company was established in 1964 and bought by the current owners in 1999. The family run business has grown substantially and has an international customer base in the promotional, catering, retail markets.
The company has maintained its ISO 9001 certification since 2004, and has a dedicated and experienced workforce that takes great pride in all the products manufactured.

Our Production Process

Printing
Our process begins in our Print Department. We use high quality pigment inks in our wide format printers, with a large colour spectrum available.

Lamination
We compile all essential material components (see Product Breakdown), and apply heat and pressure to transform the materials into a laminated board,

Backing
The next stage, happens approximately 24 hours after lamination. We take your choosen backing material and bond this to the laminated board.

Profiling
Now the laminated board has all its specifications added, the next stage is to place the boards onto our CNC machinary to profile out the shapes.

Hand Finishing
Each piece is individually hand finished to ensure a perfect edge.

QC & Pack
Now each piece has been profiled out, our QC team check each piece for specification, print & design and any defects, before packing your order ready for dispatch.
Product Breakdown
Melamine Films, FSC Eucalyptus Hardboard, Bonding Papers and either FSC Cork or Coloured Baize.
